Family owned and operated steakhouse marks refreshed space and civic honor in Tarrant County
HALTOM CITY, TEXAS — Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House’s Haltom City location reopened in early April 2026 following a remodel of its dining room, and the restaurant has since been recognized by the City of Haltom City as its Restaurant of the Quarter. The remodel refreshed the Haltom City dining room while preserving the elements guests have come to love about the location, including its signature fireplace and wagon wheels. New to the interior are the iconic James Dean mural and refreshed art along with a welcoming landscaping and a revived exterior.
“Our aim with this remodel wasn’t to change what works — it was to make the place our guests already love feel even better,” said Aron Fogiel, owner of Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House. “The City of Haltom City has been a fantastic partner and home to one of our long-standing locations for many years, and being named a standout restaurant by the city we serve is a tremendous honor. It’s a reflection of our entire team here — the servers, cooks, managers and staff who show up every day determined to make every guest feel like family.”
The Haltom City location has served Certified Angus Beef® steaks, chicken-fried steak, burgers, and made-from-scratch Texas comfort food since 2001, and remains part of the Fogiel family owned and operated Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House group, which also operates locations in Amarillo, Benbrook, and Granbury.
Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House Haltom City is located at 4613 Denton Hwy, Haltom City, TX 76117, half a mile south of I-820 on Hwy 377, near the Fort Worth Stockyards and Texas Motor Speedway. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
